“The Blue Mountain Inn is in need of a update. Rooms are dated and worn out. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. It is clean and maintained and The village is fun.”

“Marriot brand is supposed to be like Hilton, Sheraton etc.. with good quality appliances and bedding and linens. That is why we pay some extra money for theses brands more than mid end hotels like Best Western etc.. But… this facility is not living up to its brand with 2nd grade appliances like Danny and lower grade TVs and bedding and linens. Shower door could not close fully and the switch inside washroom is located inside. And, It is a brand new facility.”

“We stayed 1 night at this location. We had two rooms. We had to request to be moved from our first room as there was water dripping from the AC vent outside the bathroom door. The room smelled strongly of mold/mildew. It seemed the hotel was aware of this as there was a portable air purifier in the corner of the room. “We stayed a week at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The suites are large very well appointed both bathroom and kitchen (stovetop, large microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, sink). The staff were extremely professional and incredibly competent. The breakfast was fantastic and varied every day of our stay.
